Circular vibes

Vibration is a mass chemical-mechanical process, in which the surface quality of the treated parts is improved in an efficient and economical way.

Depending on the objective to be achieved, polishing, deburring, pickling, pickling, degreasing, burnishing, decalaminating, rust protection, super polishing with mirror shine, etc., and depending on the material to be worked with, one process or another will be chosen. In the field of mass surface finishing, the lines of circular vibrators with automatic, pneumatic and manual unloading represent the most efficient response to market demands.
Both the design, the structure and the monolithic tank have been studied using modern means of calculation and testing, as well as the structure, which is made of certified steel, electro-welded and with a structural standardization heat treatment.

The monolithic circular vibro bowl is coated with thick, anti-abrasive, oleophobic and non-stick textured cast polyurethane. The flat tank channel is the first condition for an excellent finish and better production performance.

The separation of the abrasives and the pieces is carried out automatically using suitable grids with holes and rods in the machines with automatic unloading, by means of magnetic extractors or through pneumatic outlets, acting simply and opportunely on the vibrating motor.

The vibrator motor is the heart of the machine and it is oversized, well tested and normally does not require periodic maintenance and greasing.

Vibration adjustment allows fast and perfect work to be achieved thanks to the most versatile and universal system currently available, with the possibility of manual or automatic intervention.
The three-dimensional balance and adjustment of the machine determine a constant homogeneity between the abrasives and the parts to be treated, avoiding abrupt jumps which cause pitting and hardening of the surfaces.
