Distiller CI 30 AX
Equipment for the purification of small quantities of water with high contamination. The operating principle consists of boiling water at atmospheric pressure in an AISI 304 stainless steel kettle heated by a diathermic oil heated by means of electrical resistances.
The vapors produced are sent to a condenser cooled by recirculated air and the condensed water is collected directly in a receiver.
Operation is fully automatic and the user’s operations are limited to loading the water, adjusting the temperature and distillation time and discharging the solid or semi-liquid residues.
The waste can be discharged by overturning the equipment or by means of a sack where the contaminants are retained.
VIB 90 SM Vibrator
In the field of mass surface finishing, the SM line of vibrators represents the most concrete and rational answer to the growing market demand.
The modern, robust and compact structure provides high working reliability, long service life and continuous productivity. The tank is coated with thick, anti-abrasive and anti-oil cast polyurethane.
The flat working channel is the first condition for an optimal finishing of the pieces, with an oversized vibrating motor that normally does not need maintenance.
The regulation of the vibrating masses allows to obtain fast and perfect finishes.

Continuous washing equipment for the treatment of medium and small parts with the possibility of performing different phases such as degreasing, rinsing and drying.
Ideal machine to be connected to the output of a press or tooling machine, thus avoiding the manipulation of the pieces by the user.

T-10 Shot Blasting Machine
The T-10 is a rotary table shot blasting machine with compact dimensions and high productivity. The parts to be treated are placed in bulk on the table, where they receive the impact of the surface treatment abrasive driven by the projection turbine. Depending on the process requirements, these machines use spherical or angular metal shot, stainless steel shot or ceramic shot as abrasives.
Portable Sandblaster
Compact blasting equipment using glass bead, corundum or silicate abrasives, specifically for cleaning, matting or surface stripping. Its small size and weight make it ideal for jobs requiring mobility.
