Coniex supplies parts washing booths with rotary table for parts cleaning and degreasing. This type of washer is ideal for large production runs of parts whose treatment is complex, either because of their size or their shape. They are particularly suitable for operating in work islands by automatic or manual loading.

Rotary table washers are designed for the washing and degreasing of parts that are particularly complex, either because of their size or their shape. This equipment is equipped with washing tools and mobile probes that cover internal areas of the part that are not easily accessible. They can treat one or more parts in each cycle and can be integrated into work islands. Rotary table washers offer high throughput for high production volumes.

General characteristics:

  • Treatment area with rotary table at 90º or 120º.
  • Manual loading and unloading by an operator or by robot.
  • Dimensional recognition of the part to optimize the washing and drying processes.
  • Locking and unlocking of the parts can also be done manually or automatically.
  • Washing with hot pressurized water directed towards the parts by automatic probes. Pressure ranges 4-200 bar
  • Drying is carried out by means of compressed air pulses and/or hot air circuit.
  • The washing circuit includes a filtration and recovery system for ferrous particles.
  • Thermal insulation of the tank with AISI 304 stainless steel panels.
  • Control of the maximum liquid level in the tank and automatic water loading solenoid valve.
  • Control of the minimum liquid level in the tank, to protect the pump and the resistance.

The rotary table washing cabins perform the washing process step by step with a “rotary table” system. This process consists of 6 different treatment stages:

  • Manual or automatic part loading.
  • Washing and degreasing of the part.
  • Vapor aspiration.
  • Compressed air blowing.
  • Hot air drying.
  • Unloading of the part.

Starting from the loading station, the rotation continues, step by step, and allows to pass the part through the 6 washing stages, until the part is brought to the initial position, where the unloading of the part takes place.

In order for these six washing stages to be completed successfully, the rotary table is made up of 6 identical sections, each with a fixture to hold the workpiece, built in stainless steel and with materials that guarantee that no damage or imperfection will occur to the workpiece.

Rotary table washers are designed for use in robotic islands (positioning accuracy +/- 0.5 mm) or for use in manufacturing cells with manual loading and unloading of parts.

Cabin washing equipment for single parts of medium and large dimensions. They operate by rinsing by spraying water and detergents in an aqueous medium.
