Introducing our Esmaltex Incoloro Ultra Glass, an epoxy resin formulated to offer superior transparency, comparable to glass, and excellent resistance to UV rays, heat and humidity. Thanks to these characteristics, it provides high resistance to yellowing.

Main characteristics of Esmaltex Incoloro Ultra Glass:

  • Superior Transparency: Formulated to provide a crystal clear effect, Esmaltex Clear Ultra Glass is ideal for applications where clarity and gloss are essential.

  • Glossy Appearance: Provides a glossy finish with a total absence of porosity.
  • High Hardness and Mechanical Resistance: Provides high resistance to impact, shock and abrasion, including scratches.
  • High Adhesion: Adheres excellently to any surface, provided it is degreased and dried beforehand.
  • Low Viscosity: Designed to have a low viscosity, eliminating air bubbles caused by mixing.
  • Ease of Grinding and Polishing: Supports grinding and polishing at low RPMs, as well as turning and diamond grinding.
  • Compatibility with Electrolytic Bath: Allows subsequent electrolytic bathing of metal parts.

Easy to Use

Preparing Esmaltex Incoloro Ultra Glass is quick and easy, allowing you to have your epoxy resin ready for application in less than 5 minutes:

  1. Precise Mixing: We recommend using our N-Catalyst for flat surfaces, following a mixing ratio of 100:50 (100 g resin and 50 g hardener).
  2. Gentle Mixing: Mix both components gently for at least 5 minutes until completely homogenised.
  3. Application and Curing: Apply the mixture on the desired surface and de-air with a heat gun if necessary. Allow to cure for 24-36 hours at room temperature, or reduce the curing time by using an oven at 40-60 ºC.

Conservation and Security

Esmaltex Incoloro Ultra Glass should be stored in its original packaging, properly closed, in a dry and ventilated place at a temperature between 5 and 30 ºC, avoiding direct contact with sunlight. Following these indications, the product has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
